Wind Solutions is a Mechanical Design and Manufacturing company that serves the Wind Turbine aftermarket. My responsibilities included:
Reverse Engineering of parts on Solidworks
Prototyping of parts and fixtures using CNC Machining
Implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles for efficient workflow
I achieved this through collaboration with my superiors, manufacturing engineers and machinists.

New Product Introduction
Some of my major responsibilities as an intern was to:
Carry out Failure Analysis of Wind Turbine components
Propose a new, more efficient design

Working on a CNC machine gave me a better understanding of tool chip formation, coolant effect on part quality and part/tool failure diagnosis.
